Hylla reads your sales, knows your stock and your suppliers’ delivery times, and turns all of it into a short list of dated actions. Everything else on this page exists to make that list trustworthy.

The plan

One order by date per product, twelve months ahead.

Stock is projected day by day: what is on hand, what is on the way, what the forecast takes out. The day it runs out, minus the supplier's longest delivery time, minus the safety buffer you choose, is the day to order by. The quantity covers the weeks you set, rounded up to the MOQ.

Dashboard

Next up, the stat boxes that matter for your catalogue, projected stock for any product or collection, and what changed since last week.

Per product

Its own safety buffer and cover, subscription mode, bundles, expected sales for a launch, unit cost, or simply the company defaults.

Heads up

Amber a fortnight before the date, red when it is due. Overdue deliveries flagged. One email, not a digest.

Forecast vs actual

What Hylla predicted a week ahead, next to what the store sold, with a verdict you can read in a sentence.

Forecast

Three kinds of demand, forecast three ways.

New subscribers and one time orders from your recent pace. Renewals from the subscribers you already have, cycling at the reorder rate Hylla measures from your own history. Growth from a trend you set or the one it fits to your sales.

  • Subscriptions detected automatically, or set per product
  • What if ×1.5, ×2, ×3: every date on the page moves, nothing is saved
  • Planned events: Black Friday, a campaign, a dip, for all products or a few
  • Expected sales until a date, for products with no history yet
  • Bundles: each sale adds to the parts' demand

Packaging, orders and warehouses

Plan the run, and everything the run needs.

A product you make has a recipe: so many pouches, scoops, sachets per unit. Hylla keeps packaging as its own stock, orders it one delivery time before the fill run has to start, and takes it out of the count when the run is received.

Packaging and fill runs

Bill of materials per product. Packaging suppliers with their own MOQs and delivery times. Receive a run and the packaging it used is deducted.

Orders

Every suggestion becomes a logged order in one click. It counts toward your cover while it is on the way, is flagged when overdue, and updates stock the moment you mark it arrived.

Warehouses and suppliers

One warehouse linked to Shopify, the others counted by hand. Suppliers with delivery times as a range, MOQs, rounding and payment terms.

Liquidity

When the money leaves.

Every order ahead is priced at the product's unit cost and dated by the supplier's payment terms: a deposit when ordering, the balance on order or on delivery plus net days. Add what is in the bank and what else comes in per month, and the balance runs forward month by month.

  • Due in the next 30, 90 and 365 days
  • Payments by month, placed and planned, and by supplier
  • A warning for the first month the balance goes below zero
  • Every payment listed, with CSV

And the rest

Small things that add up.

Alerts that mean it

An email when an order by date comes up, when it moves a week earlier, when a delivery is overdue. A summary on Mondays.

Whole team, one price

Owners, editors and viewers. Invite buyers, ops and your accountant; pricing follows the catalogue, not the people.

Delivery time as a range

Your supplier says four weeks; your history says three to six. Hylla plans on the slow end.

Reports you can send

Stock and cover, sales by product, orders received, activity, each with a CSV.

Several stores

The same product in two stores: sales added up, stock summed or counted once. One plan.

Several companies

Another brand or market gets a company of its own; switch between them like Shopify stores.

Nothing written back
